How do I Raise Funds for Let’s Take a Stand ?

You have two options:

Online Fundraising – You can sign up to raise funds online and send out emails to your family, friends, co-workers, etc. to support your efforts.

or

Pledge Sheet – You can ask family, friends, co-workers, etc. to support your efforts by writing a check made payable to the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America. After you have collected the contributions and recorded them on the pledge sheet, mail your pledge sheet and all donations to AFA for processing. Any earned incentives will be sent to you by mail.
