With your involvement and support, Let’s Take A Stand Against Alzheimer’s Disease will motivate the nation to recognize the impact of this disease on so many Americans—and to take action.

Standing side by side, we can powerfully relay AFA’s message of “together for care…in addition to cure.” Together, we can heighten awareness, raise funds for much-needed programs and services, and effect change. And together, we can make a real difference in the lives of your family members, friends, neighbors and others who are facing this heartbreaking disease today or might in the future.
